There is no fitness class that can compare to a Boogie Bounce experience and once you try one of our high-energy, dance-inspired, party-like sessions, you will be hooked for life!

All of our instructors are Boogie Bounce Trained and will do everything in their power to provide you with a safe, welcoming, positive experience, regardless of your experience or fitness levels.

Come and join us for this unique, low-impact, non-judgemental fitness concept that will change the way you think about exercise.

Here are some helpful tips when searching for a class:

  • Put the first half of your postcode into the “Your Location” box – search with a radius of 5 miles.
  • If you know the instructors name search using the “Instructor” box If you search using the name of a city, please ensure the radius is set large enough to cover the areas surrounding the city centre.
