Delivery
We know that you are keen to get your new Boogie Bounce fitness gear or clothing as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please read below for delivery categories and estimated shipping times.
Christmas 2024 Delivery – Orders dispatched same or next working day on a next working day basis up until 12:00 (GMT) on the 23rd of December. Please note we can guarantee we will dispatch your order in time, however once with the courier it is out of our hands. Therefore please consider ordering as early as possible to ensure you are not disappointed.
All orders after this will be dispatched on the 27th of December. After this, orders will be dispatched on the 2nd of January 2025.
Christmas 2024 Extended Returns Policy –We’re offering an extended Christmas and New Year returns policy! Any items purchased now through to 20th December can be returned until 3rd January 2025, giving you extra peace of mind this festive season. Purchases made from 21st December onwards will still benefit from our standard 14-day returns policy. *All normal Return conditions apply – see here for more details*
Boogie Bounce Trampolines
UK Mainland (as defined by Fedex. Accurate delivery charge will be displayed once address is entered on checkout page) – We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days on a next day delivery service where possible.
Non-UK Mainland – We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days on a next fastest available delivery service.
Ireland Deliveries –Â Please note that Boogie Bounce will not charge you VAT and this will be paid by you directly to customs. You will be notified to do this.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
All Other Items
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or other courier on a 1-2 working day service.
Please Note
We will deliver your product(s) to the delivery address that you have provided. If you are outside of the UK then please email [email protected] for a delivery quote.
If you are aware that nobody is going to be at home you should provide alternative arrangements, for example a safe place where the products can be left or a neighbour who will accept delivery. In this case, our courier’s delivery of the products to the safe place or the neighbour’s address will complete our delivery obligations.
If we are unable to make delivery our courier will attempt to re-deliver on one occasion. If that re-delivery is unsuccessful then the products will be returned to our warehouse and you must contact us to arrange re-delivery (for which you may have to pay a reasonable additional fee) within 30 days. If you do not make arrangements for re-delivery within 30 days then we may cancel your order and end the contract.
