Delivery
We know that you are keen to get your new Boogie Bounce fitness gear or clothing as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please read below for delivery categories and estimated shipping times.
Boogie Bounce Trampolines
UK Mainland (as defined by Fedex. Accurate delivery charge will be displayed once address is entered on checkout page) – We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days on a next day delivery service where possible.
Non-UK Mainland – We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days on a next fastest available delivery service.
Republic of Ireland Deliveries
UK VAT will be removed from your order and will not be paid to Boogie Bounce. When your order enters the Republic of Ireland, you will be responsible for paying Irish import VAT, any applicable customs duty, and all courier customs-clearance or processing fees.
From 1 July 2026, most consignments with a goods value of €150 or less are also subject to customs duty of €3 per distinct product type. Irish import VAT is normally calculated on the value of the goods, delivery and any customs duty.
FedEx will contact you directly to collect the applicable charges. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price paid to Boogie Bounce, and FedEx’s clearance fees can be significant even where the customs duty itself is small. Your order may not be released for delivery until these charges have been paid.
Please take these additional costs into account before placing your order. By ordering for delivery to the Republic of Ireland, you accept responsibility for paying all applicable import taxes, duties and courier fees.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
All Other Items
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or other courier on a 1-2 working day service.
Please Note
We will deliver your product(s) to the delivery address that you have provided. If you are outside of the UK then please email [email protected] for a delivery quote.
If you are aware that nobody is going to be at home you should provide alternative arrangements, for example a safe place where the products can be left or a neighbour who will accept delivery. In this case, our courier’s delivery of the products to the safe place or the neighbour’s address will complete our delivery obligations.
If we are unable to make delivery our courier will attempt to re-deliver on one occasion. If that re-delivery is unsuccessful then the products will be returned to our warehouse and you must contact us to arrange re-delivery (for which you may have to pay a reasonable additional fee) within 30 days. If you do not make arrangements for re-delivery within 30 days then we may cancel your order and end the contract.
