Boogie Bounce was recently lucky enough to be invited down to London to appear on Kate Garraway’s new Saturday morning ITV show!

Boogie Bounce was first developed in 1996 by Jenny Belcher as she needed a low impact form of exercise following a serious knee injury.

Jenny was running Boogie Bounce as a successful local business until 2013 when she suffered another devastating accident requiring reconstructive knee surgery.

Forced to adapt to the consequences of this injury, the Boogie Bounce T-Bar handle was developed to provide additional stability during rehabilitation. Jenny soon realised that the introduction of the unique handle design would be a game changer for Boogie Bounce, allowing for more exciting, but also more accessible, workout routines…

The rest, as they say, is history…
