About Our Rebounders
We offer two high-quality rebounders to suit different preferences and budgets: the Studio (our base model) and the Elite (our top-of-the-range option).
-
The Studio Rebounder is designed in-house by Boogie Bounce to be robust, reliable, and as affordable as possible. It uses springs, which are virtually silent and provide a firm, responsive bounce. The frame has a square profile and straight legs, making it compact and functional — ideal for those who want a cost-effective way to get started with Boogie Bounce.
-
The Elite Rebounder is built to a slightly higher specification. It features a round frame with curved legs, giving it a more premium and aesthetically pleasing look. The Elite uses bungees instead of springs — which are essentially silent and many people find provide a slightly smoother, softer bounce. That said, the difference is subtle and largely down to personal preference.
Both models are double-folding, patented, and fully suitable for all Boogie Bounce programmes. It simply comes down to whether you’d like a base-level model or a higher-spec upgrade — just like choosing between different trim levels of a car.
Both the Elite and Studio rebounders have the same measurements with the only difference being the Elite’s total footprint being slightly larger due to the curved legs.
Elite – Diameter at widest point– 112cm, Frame Diameter – 100cm, Diameter of Mat – 70cm, Height off the Floor – 27cm, Total Net Weight – 9.5kgs, Weight Limit – 127kg / 20st, Adjustable Handle Heights 71cm / 84cm / 96cm
Studio – Diameter – 100cm, Diameter of Mat – 70cm, Height off the Floor – 27cm, Total Net Weight – 9.2kgs, Weight Limit – 127kg / 20st, Adjustable Handle Heights 71cm / 84cm / 96cm
Both the Elite and Studio Rebounders are tested to a maximum user weight of 127kg / 20st, ensuring a strong, stable bounce for most adults.
Always ensure the rebounder is on a flat, stable surface for safe use.
Boogie Bounce rebounders are designed to be low-noise and home-friendly. The Elite rebounder offers elasticated bungee system ensuring a smooth, quiet bounce, while the Studio rebounder offers an updated spring attachment system, providing low friction and very little noise. Both rebounders are perfect for indoor use without disturbing others.
Both models are double-folding, patented, and fully suitable for all Boogie Bounce programmes. It simply comes down to whether you’d like a base-level model which utilises metal springs, or a higher-spec upgrade utilising bungees.

Setting Up & Using Your Rebounder
Boogie Bounce rebounders are safe to use at home with a standard ceiling height of 2.3m. Please ensure there is enough room and head clearance to avoid hitting walls, ceiling or any protrusions. You can check the size of both rebounders in the above section of this FAQ or on the product details page. If you have a small amount of room to bounce in, please ensure you do not attempt any aspects of the Boogie Bounce routines that require jumping high, or limbs to protrude over the sides of the rebounder.
We strongly recommend using the handle at all times, and if you are following Boogie Bounce routines it is necessary. It gives extra balance and confidence, helps you maintain correct posture, and lets you get more out of each routine. All Boogie Bounce routines are designed for the participant to use the stability handle. Removing or not using the handle during some Boogie Bounce routines could cause injury.
Setting up your rebounder is quick and simple. The rebounder is already assembled and you don’t need to attach the mat, springs, or bungees yourself. You can see the process in the videos below:
We recommend starting with the Boogie Bounce Basic Bounce or our Beginner Sessions. This Video should help explain.
-
Keep feet in contact with the mat, bounce down into the mat, not up – as you would do on a big trampoline. We are Rebounding, not jumping as high as possible.
-
Engage your core
-
Hold the handle lightly for balance and as you gain confidence, you’ll progress into more dynamic moves. All our routines are designed to guide you through safe, effective technique.
Health, Fitness & Lifestyle
Rebounding is a full-body, low-impact workout with a long list of benefits:
- Boosts cardiovascular fitness
- Supports lymphatic drainage and detox
- Reduced impact on joints compared to exercises like running
- Improves coordination and balance
- Builds leg and core strength
- Burns calories and aids weight loss
- It’s also great fun!
You can see our full list of benefits here.
We always recommend speaking with your doctor first.
Gentle bouncing (keeping both feet on the mat) may be safe in early pregnancy for some people if you have bounced with us before. However, we do not recommend intense routines or jumping while pregnant unless you have clearance from a medical professional.
That depends on your goals, but even 15–20 minutes 3–4 times per week can deliver noticeable results.
Many of our users build up to 30+ minutes as part of a regular fitness routine. Our Boogie Bounce App and YouTube channel memberships include 100’s of routines to get stuck into.
Rebounding may not be suitable if you:
- Have balance disorders or severe joint issues
- Are recovering from surgery
- Any medical condition which you feel could be worsened by rebounder.
We recommend checking with a GP or physio if you have any questions about whether rebounding would be suitable for you.
Yes! Rebounding is an excellent calorie-burning, fat-burning workout — especially when done consistently (As backed up by a well documented NASA Study). It also helps build lean muscle, which supports long-term weight loss and metabolism.
Absolutely. Rebounding is low-impact and joint-friendly, making it ideal for:
- Beginners new to fitness
- Older adults looking to stay active – See what Coralin and Christopher had to say here.
- Anyone returning to exercise after a break
We even have dedicated beginner routines and slower-paced programmes to help you ease in safely.
