How does it work?

Using the rebounder as a supportive, low-impact base, Bounce & Balance moves through flowing sequences that pair breath with controlled movement. You’ll alternate slow rhythmic bouncing, balance drills, standing mobility, and focused core work, with options to step to the floor for stretches and poses. The soft mat of the trampoline reduces joint stress while encouraging better alignment and postural control. Sessions prioritise breathwork and mindful pacing to improve flexibility, balance and body awareness—ideal for beginners, active recovery days, and anyone wanting a restorative, feel-good session that still builds strength where it counts.
