For the Turkey:

  • 1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

For Assembling:

  • 8 whole wheat or corn tortillas or tacos.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheese
  • Salsa or hot sauce (optional)


Cooking Instructions:

  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Break it up into smaller pieces as it cooks.
